IRONWOOD TECH

Better technology decisions for small businesses.

Most small businesses accumulate technology rather than design it. Ironwood Tech finds where yours is wasting money, creating unnecessary risk, or costing your team time, then gives you a practical, prioritized plan to fix it.

Independent by design. I don't resell hardware, software or managed services, and I don't take vendor commissions or referral fees. Recommendations aren't tied to anything I'd earn.

Technology Efficiency Audit

Fixed-price engagements. Scope and price agreed up front.

An independent review for businesses with roughly 10–100 people, covering three areas:

  • Infrastructure: servers, storage, backups, networking and single points of failure.
  • Hardware: which computers to keep, upgrade or replace, and how to buy better next time.
  • Workflows: the repetitive admin work most worth automating, with estimated hours saved.

You get a prioritized roadmap: what to do now, what to plan for over 3–12 months, where money is leaking, and which proposed investments aren't worth it. It's mostly asynchronous, needs no passwords or system access, and works alongside your current IT provider.

Digital Revenue Leak Audit

Audits starting at $495.

For online stores and businesses that depend on search traffic: a technical review of the issues that quietly cost visibility and sales.

  • Indexing and crawlability, page titles and metadata, and product structured data
  • Merchant feed issues, broken pages and conversion friction
  • How competitors appear for your most valuable searches

You get a prioritized fix list with evidence for every item, written so your own developer can work from it. Help with implementation is available as a fixed package. No retainers.

Independent procurement guidance (specifications, new vs. refurbished, purchase options) is also available for existing clients and specific purchasing projects.

How it works

  1. A short questionnaire and a few documents you already have.
  2. One scheduled walkthrough call, if the service needs it.
  3. A written, prioritized report, plus a review call if you'd like one.

Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed up front.
